Yes. We supply and collect yellow and other colour-coded sharps containers as and when required, without a fixed collection schedule. Safe, compliant disposal and relevant documentation are included.
How frequently can the products be serviced, and can we change the frequency?
We’ll recommend a frequency based on your premises, usage and the service required. Regular servicing can be increased or reduced as your needs change, while sharps collections can be arranged as and when required.
Are the bins and dispensers supplied, and is there a choice of sizes and colours?
Yes. We provide the full supply and installation of all units, with different sizes and colours available depending on the product. We’ll help you choose the most suitable options for your washrooms.
Can you provide several washroom services together?
Yes. We can combine sanitary bins, nappy bins, clinical waste, sharps disposal, soap dispensers and air fresheners within one tailored service plan.
Can you take over from our existing washroom supplier?
Yes. We can arrange the installation and start of your new service around the end of your existing agreement, helping make the changeover as straightforward as possible.
Do you guarantee every service visit?
Yes. Every scheduled service visit or agreed collection is guaranteed. If a visit needs to be moved, we’ll let you know and rearrange it promptly, so you’re never left chasing a missed service or collection.
How are the products serviced, and are liners, refills and consumables included?
All units are serviced and cleaned at each visit. Liners, refills, batteries and other routine consumables are included, along with the ongoing maintenance needed to keep your units serviced and working correctly.
Is there a charge for the Duty of Care paperwork?
No. The relevant waste transfer documentation and Duty of Care paperwork are included as part of your service at no additional cost.
How is the collected waste handled and disposed of?
All waste is transferred to a fully licensed UK facility and processed through Energy Recovery in line with current UK regulations. This ensures it is treated safely, converted into electricity and diverted from landfill as part of a more sustainable waste-management process.
How much do your services cost, and is there an initial charge?
Prices depend on the service required, number of units or containers, servicing frequency or collection requirements, and location. There are no upfront installation costs or hidden charges, and you’ll receive a tailored quotation before anything begins.

Yes. We can arrange planned services for seasonal or temporary requirements. Existing customers can also request an additional or emergency visit following a busy event, unexpected increase in usage or another short-term requirement.

Yes. We can supply discreet bins suitable for incontinence waste in male, female and accessible toilets, with regular servicing arranged according to usage.
